Or more to the point, don’t panic that you’re panicking!
Seriously, if you’re stretching yourself and reaching for your goals then absolutely you should be having the occasional panic! And if you’re not its because you’re not really stretching yourself.
And here’s the really great thing – You're in great company! Everyone panics! If you're panicking its a sign you're on the right track! You're stretching the boundaries of what you know and you're on the brink of doing something amazing.
Absolutely everyone who has ever achieved anything worthwhile has had that moment where they’ve thought “Oh b$@*&*, I’ve bitten off more than I can chew… is there any way I can get out of this with my dignity intact?”
Ask anyone! And if they say they never have had that panic moment then I would bet my last dirham they’re not being entirely truthful!
