ME

Passionate About Inspiring Others

I've been a coach and a business trainer since 1996. Originally from Scotland, I've lived in Dubai since 2002.

 

My passion is to empower people to live rich and wonderful lives with unconventional wisdom, and allow them to realise their dreams and tap into their true leadership potential within their professional and personal lives.

I love to empower entrepreneurship in organisations of all sizes, reconnecting people to the purpose of their business, encouraging them to operate at their maximum potential while reducing stress.

 

I've worked with many organisations in Dubai and beyond including government, telecoms, insurance and education. I've developed her own programmes such as The Diamond In Your Business, The Future Perfect Workshop and Your Vision Key as well as bespoke programmes in leadership, team dynamics, motivation, decision making, problem solving, innovation, stress management, time management, strategic goal setting, influence, and Emotional Intelligence.

 

I am a certified Leadership Challenge facilitator, a Certified Performance Coach and Talent Dynamics Master Trainer, a Certified Innermetrix Consultant, and a Certified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. I am also the author of making The Leap From Manager To Leader.

When I'm not working I enjoy yoga, scuba diving, gardening, writing, cooking and entertaining.
